Lol, yeah, the Griffin House song is a cover song of a Jackson Brown song, I think he recorded it for a tv show, and it was only released on the soundtrack.

I love Johnny Cash, I just had to :]

BTW, i just wanted to add, now that i've listened to it...Back At Your Door (this was the first time i heard it) is such a PERFECT song for House and Cuddy! :D
