New sex column: Of g-spots... male and female.

Hey! Whoa, so I didn't know this even went up (the site hadn't been updated in months) but there is a new - yet old, from March - issue of Poptrash Magazine up online, which means a new column from yours truly!!!

I wrote that back in December, I believe, but the girl who runs the site didn't have enough material to put up a new issue for awhile. ( Read more... )

toys, work, g-spot, prostate play, my column

I'll be doing more, my dear. I like that I get to describe how I used them... it turns me on :)

Here's a question for you...why can't you use a silicone based lube with a silicone toy? Just wondering, because i have a silicone toy that i have used a lube with (i can't remember what...it think "wet"), and it has eventually decided to make me burn like fire after i use it....i thought it was the toy corroding or something eventually. I wonder if it could be what i clean with with (clorox...just kidding...no, usually johnson's baby soap) that makes it happen. I had another toy, a jelly one, that this happened with, too. It worked fine at first, but over time it made me burn. Any idea?

Yes.

Silicone on silicone corrodes the material. I always recommend water-based lubricant with toys of any material, because water-based lube is compatible with every type of material. Silicone is great for sex (make sure the silicone lube you choose is condom compatible) but since it's incompatible with so many different types of materials (I've heard that it's compatible with any toys that aren't made with silicone, but I'd say not to use it for toys at all, just to be on the safe side), it's not smart to use it with any kind of toy. And be careful around leather as well!

A really great water-based lube is Hustler's Liquid Sex X-treme water based lubricant, all-natural and made with hemp seed oil.
I have found this to be the best water-based lube I have EVER tried: it is long-lasting, slippery and liquidy, natural feeling, never sticky, and it has virtually no scent and not much of a flavour either. It's absolutely wonderful!

COOL! Thanks! So, i assume the Wet brand must be silicone (I long ago threw away the bottle and put it in an old "cool" bottle). I will have to invest in some of the one you recommended.

Wet has a few different types of lube... the "Wet Platinum" is the silicone version.
