Sourdough

So I am now in possession of some sourdough starter from my mom. While I have tried to make sourdough in the past, they never really took properly and "old dough" bread I made from previously saved pieces of dough never really had the oomph needed to properly leaven a loaf. I am going to do a little experimenting with the starter that I do have,

My schedule has changed since the last time we got together. Wednesday and Thursday nights are no longer good for me.
