My livejournal has brought a lot of amazing people into my life and it has also brought a lot of unnecessary drama. It brought a lot of jealousy. All of those girls with the better layouts, more music, sepia polka dot icons and all that jazz. it kind of makes me wonder if it's that we're getting lazy about actual writing. i mean i check my myspace more.

There are only so many times you can read about somebody's trip to the mall and regurgitated definitions of coolness before you realize that it's pointless. Frankly, the day I stopped checking livejournal regularly was the day I realized that, in the end, everybody I "know" through it can be erased from my life with a simple click of a button.

It kind of puts it all in perspective in a cold way.

this saturday i work 6am-2pm :(

i would love to have a three hour shift that ends at 9am......you can go right back to bed! but i do have to agree that it is pretty pointless.
