I bought two doujinshi and had absolutely no problems - I think they even arrived within about 3-4 days (which is FAST) and despite the mailman cramming them into my mailbox, they were packaged well and as a result were completely unharmed.

Good communication and the books were in excellent condition.
I also felt that the pricing was reasonable.
