Oh my gosh... 2 hours ago I read your post... only now have I finished browsing videos of 1980s children's TV (and cute hamsters) XDDDD
Great memories, nothing beats old kids' cartoons =D

It was originally a Canadian show, methinks. I might have seen it on Disney Channel.
