So.  I accepted my summer job, which is awesome.  In response, the Director of the organization sends me a survey sent out by the organization to be filled out by people who have been sent to behavioral modification facilities to look at.

The survey covers all the information that could be relevant, to my knowledge.  However, I notice that there are

My strategy is to answer the question using correct grammar in a format that corrects the original grammar- if the person reading it is oblivious to grammar and wants to stay that way, they won't notice and be offended, and if they care, they'll notice.
