A couple of (really small) nitpicks:
1. "No I didn't bring you any,"
NEEDS MOAR COMMA.

2. "[...]Jesus, how in the hell do I do this?"
This one's probably just me, but wouldn't this flow better without the "in the"?

Other than that, though, this was ~fabulous~. Naked Cas made me do a spit-take, and then I couldn't stop laughing at the mental image of Cas wearing only the coat. Because obviously the coat is the thing he's formed an attachment to. (Also, carrying on without realising the trauma he's causing the younger Winchester? It takes a special kind of angel. An angel which I loved.)

spit-takes are good. 8Db Cas knows by now that being completely naked would have been inappropriate (probably). he just doesn't know that simply pulling on a trench coat isn't much more appropriate, and will actually get him arrested for suspicion of flashing women at the supermarket. and Cas would TOTALLY forget Sam was there (and having his brain melted) because, y'know, once you sex up an angel, they have a fairly one-track mind. ;D
