Ino mostly hates the hospital. It smells awful, going there usually means you or someone you care about is either ill or dying, the nurses are bitches, the doctors are dicks, and it steals Sakura away for upwards of 80 hours a week if she isn't busy with missions.
Ino mostly hates Sakura's job as a medic. It leaves her cranky, sleep-deprived and never in the mood. She's rarely home for dinner, never around for lunch, and the only chance of eating breakfast with her is if Ino can manage to drag herself out of bed before nine.
However, Ino is the first to admit that Sakura wouldn't be the woman she loves if not for the work she did.
Ino is also the first to admit that Sakura's training and expertise in her field makes those few nights when she isn't busy a lot of fun ( ... )

Haruhi stared, book bag slipping off her shoulder onto the ground, trying to comprehend what she was seeing. After several minutes of stunned silence, she finally managed to get her voice to work.
"You--... Is that--... Why would--!! ... Rich bastards," she finished in awe, craning her neck as she took in the dirigible.
"It's not an actual zeppelin," Tamaki began explaining, completely unaware that Haruhi's stunned expression was not one of deep interest and admiration, as he thought. "It's a life-size model! We're doing a 30s in the West theme this week, and several of the ladies expressed a desire to step into one."
At this point, Haruhi stopped listening completely, while the idiot king continued on about the romantic atmosphere of the 30s period. Still baffled, she approached Kyouya who was busy glaring at a calculator.

Naruto yawned, eyes drooping as he wobbled slightly in his seat. Sasuke glanced over at him before sighing and giving the blond a kick. He jerked to keep from falling out of his seat, but seemed no less sleepy than before.
"Idiot, wake up," Sasuke muttered, but Naruto merely mumbled incoherently back before his head fell forward again.
Sasuke blew a bang out of his face and took another sip of his drink.
The only reason he had come here was because Naruto and Sakura had literally dragged him from his home, and the evening was, so far, just as he'd predicted: boring. Just like every night, these days. Missions were slow to come in to the village now that peace had arrived, and the ones that did were typically D-ranked. As bored as Sasuke was, his pride would not let him take those just to satisfy his need for activity. This lack of work was slowly driving him crazy -- hopefully not literally, as he already had problems with ( ... )
