Do you want to have your character babysitting more regularly? He has a pretty busy schedule, so I would expect a few hours a week is about all he'd get in. Enough to help, but... not enough to take all the responsibiltiy off her.

When you said "a few hours a week," my mind went to wondering if he might end up looking after Sophie during Fenimore's Kyoshi Warrior lessons, since his fiancée would be busy then, anyway. Though random assuming also works.

Not sure if ICly Fenimore would want Aerith coming over to 34 or taking her to 41, though--house 41 is completely safe, it just has one or two inhabitants who might seem questionable around a young kid. (Two dogs, one of whom is actually a mutated wolf, and Zack but they're very well-behaved.)

I knew I was going to forget something if I wrote this up at the last minute!

If Aerith can convince her that the dogs are safe (especially with the mutated wolf), I imagine that bringing her over to House 41 would be easiest? Fenimore would be just a little nervous at first, but in-game she got used to Giet pretty quickly and he's pretty much her world's version of a tamed wolf. (Though if you'd prefer House 34, we can swing that, too. I'm just assuming you would prefer House 41.)

Yeah, Aerith would probably want to take Sophie over to house 41 at least every once in a while to give the 34 people a real break (look, Sophie can accidentally smash their plates with her spurts of superstrength! I'm sure with Zack around they're all used to it LMFAO)

Of course, I do need to check with Akai and Allie and Anduin so it might end up being house 34 anyway. I'll get back to you on it!

I'm pretty sure both the 34 peeps and Sophie may appreciate the change of pace. (Oh dear, that probably does happen on rare occasion. What with Grune wandering off with all the glasses already, house 34 must go through dishes at a mad pace.)

That is true! And thank you for volunteering! It makes my job much easier to have some handwaveable people around. (As long as I keep an eye on Aerith's mountain gallivanting. =P )

...Yeah, that third question is rather hard to be answered clearly with just yes or no, huh?

I'm guessing that, since she's 3, it will not be likely that she would make the connection between the two. I mean, it's possible that this connection could be made, since she's grown up in the odd world that is Luceti, but chances are probably low that it would be more than a passing notice of something like them having the same name and headband.

...And, yeah, very debatable, but as Vyc noted, Dhaos is probably one of the ones most likely to get put in the more trusted group since "I mean, you haven't hurt Grune after all this time." Though he might get called on a bit less often than the average due to his reluctant demeanor.

If I recall correctly, the shoulder thing never actually got brought up to Fenimore, so she doesn't even have that to go on! She just thinks he's the strong, silent type.

You were at the top of my vague mental list of "people who I expect will pitch in." And, now that I think about it, I'm guessing has already started at this as part of the effort to keep things as normal for Sophie as possible here. Anyway, I'll keep the OOC contact thing in mind! Probably won't come up too often, though sometime in the next little while there will be one time when Fenimore supervises a session with Pao-lin to determine whether this experience with Sam has made her enough of an expert. That can be assumed to happen whenever, since it won't be associated with a Fenimore action thread. So we can just pick a date for that just to have an idea when that is.

(I will be having Fenimore reply to Pao-lin on Grune's post. I've just been bad at organizing my time to include RP time.)
