I heard somewhere (can't remember where now) that there was/is a musical about Lestat (possibly called Lestat) being made. Maybe I made this up in an odd drug-induced dream...which would be odd because I've never read an Anne Rice book. This idea disturbs me greatly, though, and I was wondering if somebody could verify it ( Read more... )

Yes, Lestat's being made into a musical. Elton John = writing the music. It sounds like a sure-fire failure, but....

...Hugh's playing Lestat. Damn him.
