I don't normally take too well to vitamin supplements, I will have to find natural sources of D3....thanks for the info.

The single most common source is fortified cow's milk. Also, your body generates it when you go out in the sun without sunscreen.

Strike 2 for me... I never drink cow's milk (allergic) and the only time I go out without sunscreen is from November to April....

My tiny neighborhood health food store only had it as part of a fish oil supplement, but I had to send Chris to Whole Foods for something else after work, so I asked him to look....especially since I'm midway through the steroid course now and need all the help I can possibly get! ;-P Thanks for thinking of me! I don't normally have asthma, but I almost always get it if I get bronchitis. =/

Oh, be careful to check with your doc before using this in pregnancy or while breastfeeding....seems there are some stronger-than-usual warning labels suggesting it could be problematic somehow.

I heard allergy related asthma that breast milk can help it. My client gives it to her husband like anti biotics. LOL he says it tastes like vitamins. LOL
