A month or so ago I got a call from the office that I did the oceanography summer camps through last year. They wanted to see if I would consider doing the camps again this year. They were really trying to find a male for the position, they already have a female counselor, but were having trouble. Today they called and offered me the position.

I would call and see what the scoop is, because if they're considering you, you're doing them a favor by letting them know about possible complications, plus bringing yourself to their attention again. But, I'm no HR expert.
