Simon, who was inside the clinic, heard her before he saw her. Since she was a tiny, tiny thing.

He almost stepped on her before noticing her, and crouched down to carefully pick her up.

"What in the 'verse...."

"Oooooh, poor Petwalwing. Nasty-bad sharp-dark big-thing...." She looks up at Simon with her large eyes.

Well clearly this...elf...bug...thing is injured. So holding her in the palm of his hand, he rises again and goes back into the clinic.

"What happened to you?"

He finds a square of gauze, setting it on the metal counter and then carefully setting her down on top of it.
