I think this one would definitely be considered a crack!fic.

This one came to me during season 1, when Ryan was being called "crazy" with regard to his actions during the whole Oliver thing.

Wow, and I think my mind goes in bizarre directions. Not that this isn't a really interesting idea and certainly original. Just wondering who are the dreaded Marissa and Oliver in Ryan's "real" world. His nurse and the mean orderly/janitor who take care of him?

Thank you, but I can't entirely take credit for it as an original idea of mine.

It is actually inspired by the final episode of First Wave (a SciFi channel show from a few years ago), plus there's a story going on for Prison Break which similarly has Michael in a psych ward with pretty much all of season 1 of Prison Break as his delusion (although that's a recent story and I thought of this idea a couple of years ago).

Oh, and, not to mention that episode of Buffy where she was in a psych ward and the entire Buffy-verse was her delusion (of course the psych ward was really the delusion, caused by some drugs a demon got into her system).

You know an idea like this has been spinning around in my mind since I saw an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer where Buffy is portrayed as being in a mental hospital and her 'slayer' persona is a delusion.

This story could also follow that episode I suppose if the author has seen it? In another twist to the amazing idea above...Sandy and Kirsten are truly Ryan's parents and he is imagining Dawn and Trey, his father etc.

Hope someone takes on this story as it would be amazing to read either with Dr. Sandy or staying with the Buffy brief!

Lol I sure was I noticed we were are at exactly the same time.

I know you probably have other commitments and I'm not saying anything against other writers - but YOU would kick ass with this story.

Really admire your writing and you seem to have the creative juices flowing with the amount you have been posting on plot bunnies.

Hope you'll have another story in the works soon - God I feel like such a geeky fan!

Anyway hope someone takes on this story and does it justice!

Very, very interesting idea! I've seen similar ones all over the place in different fandoms, but it's very intriuging:)

I'd love to adopt, but I'm overwhelmed with plot bunnies as it is and I'm sure I couldn't do it justice:(
