One of our assignments in Spanish class was to write a fictional diary entry to give us some practice on the preterit forms of ir and ser, and I wrote about what I did last weekend with Emily, referring to her, not by name, but as "mi novia." Ramo de rosas rojas = flowery thoughts?? Hmm.. maybe I spelled something wrong but it's supposed to be a bouquet of red roses. Tell her sorry and that I didn't mean anything by it, and that I'd still love to meet her! I told Emily the story and she thought it was funny, and she agrees I should talk to my professor.
