Ah, Chapter Three. As much as I loved you (Vernon! Being a jerk! Petunia! Also being a jerk! Dursley! First steps on the road to being an okay guy!), I didn't really want to draw you.
But Petunia, you horse-faced, bony-jawed, judgmental you...
(
... here you are. )

I love this picture. For some reason, this really makes her look like Lily's sister, while still looking unpleasant and Petunia-ish.

Thank you. I hope that, in this moment, she was looking back at her time with Harry and thinking about her sister as she knew her in their youth. I hope she could remember some of the love that was obviously there at some point.
I also hope she felt guilty about being a really crap foster mom. :P

I can almost feel sorry for Petunia, ending up an asshole as she did... but whatever bitterness you hold towards an adult, obviously their child ought to be exempt. I mean, crappest foster family ever. "Hello, new son! Go live in a closet. Enjoy your roommates. They're spiders." But between Snape and Petunia, there's a lot of holding the sons accountable for the sins of the parents.
