I guess the sheets are supposed to help. I don't know.

Huh. They seem pretty pointless to me.

And who might you be, my coquette?

Paper...I need paper. And something to write with. Do you know how I can get some?

Pleased to meet you, mademoiselle. What's a pretty bird like you being kept locked up in this horrible place?

It would seem you and I are.. quite like minded, good sir.

Oh? It's not everyday you meet a fellow libertine, let alone one who approaches another readily.

Who might you be, my pet?

Yes, rare indeed.

My name is Alexia Ashford, of the Ashford family legacy. I trust you've heard of us.

I'm afraid I have not, my cherub. I have been...away from social circles for some time now, much to my parents' dismay. I tend to keep rather scandalous company, you see.

I am the Marquis de Sade. Perhaps you have heard of or even read some of my works, such as "Justine", "The 120 Days of Sodom", "Juliette", or "Philosophy in the Bedroom"? If not, then I am almost certain that you have heard of them being burned in the bonfires. Such is the fate one can expect from such incendiary prose.

They say the sheets are there to help, really I think they're just there to hopefully remind us how painfully ill we are and how unfit we are for the rest of the world.

It's just a beautiful pile of bullshit, if you don't mind my saying.

And who is to say that we are, indeed, ill or unfit? We are as Nature made us, and one cannot expect anything less from those of our lot. If anything, we are not the ones who need caging and therapy. Fuck the rest of the world; they can all rot.

Of course not. You seem to have a taste of beauty and a very sharp tongue for a young mademoiselle. Might I inquire as to what your name is?

I ask myself that constantly. People who don't want to deal with the nature of others find it easier to call them 'evil' or 'sick' rather than to look at their own tragic flaws. We're only human, after all. By no means are we perfect.

My, you've got quite a way with words, a man after my heart. It's Larxene. And yourself?

And that, my dear is exactly what I write about. I write about humanity's imperfections, and what I see. Unfortunately, people do not like seeing their reflection in the mirror of my words, and so they burn my books. Not that it will stop me from writing, mind - that is as much a part of me as my own beating heart.

I am the Marquise de Sade. A pleasure to meet you, Larxene. It is rare that one can find such an exquisite and fellow spirit in a hellish place such as this one.

You can talk to me if you want!! That's what I think I'm here for!

Because I talk to people!!!

That much is obvious. A bit more self control on your exuberance and overzealousness would be appreciated...or is that why you're in here?

...Forgive me, I shouldn't be so rude to such a sans fin petite.

It's ok!! Dr. Hana always said I was exuberant with the spice of life! I haven't yet found which spice that is, but that's ok!! I'm sure I'll figure it out!!

Oh, oh, you're a writer?? And they won't let you write?? What about these computers? You can write on these, right? Like I'm writing right now?? Sooo....maybe you can write on them!!

Such an enthusiastic and sweet young mademoiselle such as yourself must be full of many spices. I think I can name a few, or show you if you don't understand~.

Yes, I am a writer. The Marquis de Sade. Oh, I'm quite sure they will let me write after what happened at Charenton. These computers are only good for those damned sheets and communication - not with the outside world, unfortunately.
If you have ever taken up the pen and written on paper...there is only a certain kind of satisfaction that one may achieve from that.

But it is an intriguing idea. Hmm. Here's an idea. Perhaps, every week, I should write a little story for you all? It would make things a bit more interesting if you had some new material for your ripe and eager mind, don't you think?

You are a writer?

I have the utmost respect for those of your profession - or hobby, whichever one would like to call it. As long is the work is satisfactory, of course...

A writer is but one of the things that I am, but it is my main profession.

Thank you very much, mademoiselle. Your words flatter me. I am sure that you will find my work very satisfactory, in more ways than one.

((ooc; X3 I apologize in advance for his needless flirtations and innuendo's; he's a Don Juan if there ever was one.))

It's been so long since I've read any works by a truly admirable author. Maybe you can remedy that.

Oh, is that so? And what other ways would you be speaking of, sir?

[[ooc: Oh god, it's absolutely fine. X3; I personally find it amusing as hell XD. Besides, little Jen here is fun to toy with. xP]]

I have no doubt of my abilities in that respect.

In ways that society has trained you not to feel, my pet. Ways that I would be all too pleased to revive and bring to your attention.

((ooc; XDDDDD Tee hee hee. I think he's thrilled at the abundance of pretty women at this asylum, lol.))
