Within the first 10 seconds of this vid, I was suspicious of you. I mean, the swans. And the fortress walls. And you know, everything else. *g* I said to someone in an email that I was pretty sure those credits were just to throw people off the scent, and they scoffed at me. NO LONGER. :D I feel so grateful that you made these two vids and put them out into the world for everyone to see. Because they are simply amazing. Thank you so much. \o/

LOL, is swans my thing too? People were saying in vidchat that horsies are definitely a giveaway so perhaps that extends to all animals. :D I'm super super glad you liked this too because sometimes it feels like a poor cousin because it's much more internalised, I'm really glad you liked it.

Ugh, LOVE this vid. I had a perfect virgin viewing experience, being wholly unfamiliar with the source and being completely shocked and amazed at the way the song matched it. Seriously emotional. Adore the timing of the 'ah' at 0:24 in the song with the shot inside the church. Has a real choir-esque, holy feel, really sombre. And the moment at 3:00 with the queens collapsing as the music soars. IT HURTS. Very clever, and very very very awesome.

I'm so very glad to hear that that you enjoyed it, especially without familiarity with the source! Thank you so much. :D

Thank you very much, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! (And yes, Catherine and Anne did dominate disproportionately, haha.)

This is an absolutely beautiful vid, poignant and moving and spot-on. I also love the way the knife cuts both ways - the singer quite values her guy's pretty face and amazing body, after all, and you pick up on this theme, as well.

I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed it, thank you!

Yes, I'm rather tickled by the fact that Jonathan Rhys Meyers never really did get horribly fat and smelly. XD

Yes, they did rather chicken out there... although there was still a definite attempt at an attractiveness curve, the series just could not tear itself away from those abs until the last possible moment. *g*

This is so good! You did a fantastic job capturing the queen's voices. I especially love 2:59-3:02.
