Birthdays, Job Interviews, and... Being Asked Out?
SO! Tomorrow, May 14th, is my 19th birthday! I don't really want to be 19 yet. 18 is a cool age, you know? With 19, like, sure I can go to Canada and drink legally, but that's a little inconvenient. Also... I completely know what you mean about being awkward about being asked out. It's only ever happened to me once, and I... didn't handle it particularly well. But that's a seperate story. Anyway, uh... well, if you enjoy spending time with this guy, then I guess you might as well say yes? I mean, it's just coffee or tea or something- it's not like you're promising to marry him or anything. On the other hand, if you don't like him as anything more than a friend... well then, you just don't like him as anything more than a friend. And you can't really force yourself to anything more, so... that's just kind of it. I really don't know. I'm completely inexperienced in this area too. Just figured I'd throw in my two cents anyway. XD
