Bloody property law. Right up there with constitution and admin law in terms of subjects I hated.

OTOH, you guys don't have to deal with Native Title Act, so that might make things a bit more bearable.

xP I feel ya. I have no use what that is, but my problem with trusts law and land law is how much ducking family law it involves. Seriously, that's great for human rights and stuff but oh my god the fam law is the killer because it completely contradicts property law principles and then we're supposed to use the disciplines simultaneously. Admin law sounds hideous though...

I can barely remember any of them, TBH. I did took family law as an elective.

I don't even remember wtf admin law was about. I barely passed it and I spent years working in it since immigration law and FOI is all part of admin law, but honestly, I can't remember wtf it was about in terms of what I studied in uni.
