My failed attempts to be some sort of Catholic...

So, things have been pretty weird for me since I finished school. Mainly, I moved back in with my parents, which is tough because while I appreciate the free room and board, food, and love that they give me....there are lots of restrictions and I kinda hate this town. I am crap at facebook and Twitter but want to wish u the best of luck. Don't be too hard on yourself. it took me well over a year to find and get a job I could say I wanted/was happy with after uni.

Just wanted to say good luck. I'm in a not too dissimilar situation: natural procrastinator, graduated from uni last summer, living with family, still looking for a job, etc etc... Depressing and frustrating, but it doesn't affect me as much as it probably should. I tend to just blithely accept almost anything that's thrown at me, so I'm just taking this as a life lesson - things don't always come easily.

Anyway, I hope the LJ break will help you. Even just giving up smoking would be a great achievement.

I kept saying, "Once I'm done school, then I'll really get to do what I want," but all I'm doing is wasting my time and wasting my youth.

I can totally relate to this. During the last two semesters of grad school, I felt so burnt out from school and thought there would be lots of stability and opportunity waiting for me when I graduated. When that wasn't there, I felt disillusioned and depressed, and that's basically where I'm at now.

Good luck to you and I hope that you're able to accomplish your goals. Hope to read more from you after Lent!

Thanks for the information. I think that you should wash your face at least 3 to 4 times a day. You’ll be surprised how much better your face will look.
