Good! No doubt. The only way it became bad is when the dairy industry in the US started making stories about how bad it is YET they refuse to comment on how bad milk is for you. Asian countries have been eating all forms of soy forever with no problems at all. Tofu, soy milk, soy treats, and they eat it like 3 to4 4 times a DAY. Yet do they develop anything these false studies assume? no.
yeah, i bought it back in my experimenting with new foods days. I prefer soy milk though cuz rice milk is like watered down soy milk. Both are good though. Rice cream too. yum!
.everything is good in moderation they say... i just heard that it makes you bloated and is actually not a very good food source... with the chemicals in it and what it may do over time to the brain...
.i drink rice milk. but i eat tofurkey sausages probably one or two times a week, and i heard that soy can make you bloated.. so i dunno. i try to eat a lot of organic fruits and veggies but i am not sure i eat enough of em.

if that's the only soy you're really consuming on a regular basis, i wouldn't worry about it too much..
i think those studies are more based on people who consume a few servings of soy per day.
