and inooooorite, well, everything but Friend being scary I ACTUALLY THOUGHT HE WAS SORT OF HILARIOUSLY CUTE AND PATHETIC, the Lunge of villains, I mean his motivation is basically KENJI DIDN'T APPRECIATE MY AWESOMENESS AS A KID SO I'LL SHOW HIM! RAWR!!!! But omg yes, some of the creepy purposeful-prescience of his terrorism of the world was indeed very chilling especially before we knew what was going on askdfjs and anybody who would hate on that beloved group of friends is pretty terrifying in and of themselves, really :(

AHAHAHA oh yeah, finding out all that part of Friend's motivation made him hilariously cute and pathetic, I agree, but idk. There's something about his obsessive thought processes in the chapter I linked that really creeped me out. I think before the manga started dealing more with his LOOK AT ME KENJI LOOK AT ME I'M SO AWESOME motivations he just seemed so emotionally blank to me and I found that really disturbing as well as totally fascinating. IDK MAN I GET CREEPED OUT BY THE MOST UN-CREEPY THINGS SOMETIMES
