I was refreshing every two minutes or so for the past two hours because I really wanted to know your thoughts on this. You always make me feel good about Bones. (I love your "Lawyered!" bit. I just got into HIMYM the other day and it made me laugh quite hard.)

And now? All my lingering doubts are gone. Because you're right. You're totally, totally, totally right. They're in love and it's going to be Brennan who says it.

This episode was so frakkin' good. I appreciated your bajillion words. Enjoyed them. You made me smile and laugh.

Sweets really is the stand-in for the audience. He really, truly is.

Even with the fact that I essentially missed THE ENTIRE EPISODE (stupid DVR) this MORE than made up for it.

Watching the last few minutes of Show without any of the buildup or the backstory was like being thrown into freezing water with no warning. Your recap made the transition a little more bearable.

(She doesn’t know that she does it every day, stealing a french fry or sitting at his bedside, or giving his son a pool or his brother a push off a bar stool. She doesn’t know the depth and the breadth with which she loves him, because she’s never thought of it as that; it has always just been the way she reacted to him, from the start. She would see her reaction to Booth as that of a ball against a wall, bouncing away, but she’s more like a boomerang, that comes back around to him, she always comes back around. If Booth is there, then she reacts. It is just what she does. She doesn’t know love well enough to define it as this.)And that? THAT IS IT. That is what makes the most sense -- that is what love is. It's the mundane and the ( ... )

Recap: nearly as emotionally draining as the episode. I feel like my heart has been minific'd into submission. In a good way.

It took me longer to read the recap than to watch the ep. Seriously. (and by watch, I mean watch again.)

304. Where I really thought the next line would be one of the following:

Booth: You can change.

Booth: You have changed.

Booth: I can teach you.

For years, YEARS, they've been teaching each other, helping each other grow and then, THEN, when it could be the most important moment (except it isn't because there'll be more important moments later) he practically deflates and lets her think she's right.

SHE'S WRONG.

He just . . . and then she . . . and NO!

But that kiss. THAT KISS.

Sigh.

I'm going to have to watch it again. Love your commentary. It's amazing. (As you would say "iike SHOW")
