Wow, that is crazy. I feel bad for her, but also know that her future will be a better one!! Good for her to finally get out of the situation. I internet dated on the LDS sites when I was single too. Good luck to her...

I am wondering though, how someone like that becomes the Elder's Quorum President in the first place??

If you knew him, you'd not think it strange. He is a good guy with a very serious addiction. Throughout their marriage, he was seeking help and trying to turn his life around. Each time, she'd forgive him and hope it was the last time. I did too, as he was my friend also. This part of his life was just very secret and only those closest to him knew of it. He was living a double life though as apparently he hadn't completely repented.

This situation is EXACTLY what our leaders are referring to when they talk about pornography and how it is destroying individuals and families. It IS very addictive. It is getting to the very elite.
