Get a little dish soap, and a washcloth or spray bottle, and just wet the mattress all over until bubbles start appearing. And there's your leak. That's how ya do it with tires. And it being vinyl instead of rubber, you can use either kind of patch kit, for pool toys or tires. Unless, of course, it's a bad seam somewhere, I guess. Anyway.
