[Running water in the background. Well, not so much 'running' as just 'apparent'. Zelda's on the first deck, and thoughtful as ever.]I am not so desperate for answers. I will acquire them in my own way

[Wait, would she even know what a guitar is? Just what instruments would she know? It's things like this that reminds him how completely different their worlds are.]
[He chuckles. Someone sounds excited. Kevas takes a moment to find his ukulele before heading out the door.
As he reaches the forest begins to play, knowing that Zelda will follow the music to him. The melody is a slow, soft, and calming one. It's a stark contrast to his fiery nature. He whistles and leans against a nearby tree as he plays.]
[Zelda's quick and out the door. It's been a while since she's seen Kevas, so of course she's thrilled about the idea. He is the big brother, after all. With Ganondorf aboard, she does need something to calm herself down with and Jak's been frighteningly scarce as of recent.
Up to the third deck she goes and she inches through the forest, her ears twitching at the sound. That must be Kevas, because she can't think of any other place she's picked up that sound. It sounds lovely, and it is sort of like a harp, but there's something off about it.
Edging around the tree, she peeks around at her older brother of a troll and wiggles her ears. Her lips upturn into a grand smile, but she remains silent, not wanting to disturb him.]
[Kevas catches the movement out of the corner of his eye and looks up. He smiles at Zelda as he continues to play and nods her over. While he plays, his eyes stare off into nothing as if he's concentrating on the music or lost in deep thought.
As the music continues, it sounds almost mournful. Though he smiles cheerfully as he plays, there's something not quite right about it. Anyone who knows him well enough would know that it's somewhat forced. Still he doesn't stop.
Once the song is finally over, he looks to Zelda. The stiffness in his smile no longer there.]
So whatchu t'ink. I don't be doin' it much justice but not bad fuh a amacha eh?
[She's happy just to listen to him, exchanging her gaze between his face and his fingers. How does he play so well with just two fingers and a thumb? Zelda doesn't dabble in stringed instruments, although she supposes she probably wouldn't do too badly. Thanks to Sheik, of course.
Her eyebrows lift at his inquiry and she begins to nod slowly.]
Well... I think it sounds beautiful. What does 'amacha' mean, though? A-ma-cha?
[And once again his accent butchers another word. Why must everyone speak Common on this boat? Maybe he should try teaching her Zandali. Of course Moai would probably have a fit if he did.]
Joo know, somebody who be doin' sometin' just fuh da fun of it. A mon who ain't be a professional.
[Zelda's never been against learning other languages. She knows enough Old Hylian that would make her people glaze over after thirty seconds of talking. One more language likely wouldn't be a bad idea.]
Oh! Amateur. That was what you said... I understand now.
[He chuckles with her. Teaching her might come in handy later. He'll need to think on it.]
Yeah yeah, one of dem. Only be knowin' a few tunes. Notin' too complicated eiddah. Like I said, only havin' two fingahs be makin' it a liddle hard. Dere be only a couple trolls dat be any good at playin' a guituh.
