Can anybody properly explain to me the difference between having a buzz and being drunk?

having a buzz is like feeling a little crazy and being totally drunk is basically being able to let everything go and just be wild and crazy or something, thats how I see it.

thank you. you are the only one who answered that question. I do appreciate it. the first time i ever drank (according to your definitions) i was totally drunk and the other night(tuesday) I only had a buzz. Again I do appreciate your help.
