They are diametrically opposed metaphysics.

Objectivism holds that the mind cannot create reality, but rather, it is a means of discovering reality (wiki).

For transcendentalists such as Meher Baba (or Mahesh Yogi, Osho, etc) the transcendental unity of consciousness is the ultimate reality, there is no other.

The universe cannot have been "created". That's like referring to the page before the first page of a book. The universe refers to everything that exists. To talk of anything before everything is nonsensical.

Only conscious beings have "purpose". To say the "purpose of the universe" drops this context.

I'm pretty familiar with "God Speaks" by Meher Baba. If you have any specific questions let me know. I'm not so sure what Objectivism is. I just stumbled upon this page.
