[[Ron's Valentine Box]]

Feb 08, 2009 23:35

Ron's box looks as though it could be filled with treasures -- it's solid wood with ornate designs in gold, a hinge attached to the lid. There's a metallic Mask*deMasque brooch glued onto the front; the mask part is in the shape of a heart. A card is taped on top, reading in flowing script:

A thick notepad of fancy paper with gilt edges rests in the Valentine's Box. The preprinted message on it reads:

Happy Valentine's Day from Grossberg Law Offices!

At the bottom is contact information for the firm as well as Grossberg's signature. The signature seems to have been signed by an actual person at least, but there's at least an 70% chance it was by Grossberg's secretary.

*in the box is a cut out of a green heart with white lace trim. On it, written in marker, is Phoenix's unmistakable handwriting:

Hey Ron,

Have a good time in the courtroom. If you want to see me though, you really ought to drop by the Borscht for a poker match. Perhaps you should be inspired to become an Ace Card Shark next?

- Phoenix Wright

Below that is a rather well done sketch of a cake and a cinnamon bun together. Taped to the card are a few chocolate hearts*

[[There's a small note attached to a gift box]]

Congratulations on your new vocation.

[[Within the box is a very simple tie pin, the kind of thing one buys in bulk for corporate gifts.]]

*It's a simple red card made of construction paper, with a large white heart on the cover. On the inside Apollo has written a message in a narrow print.*

Happy Valentines Day!

Long time no see I guess, but It's nice to see that you're in town again. Here's to hopefully seeing you sometime soon.

- Apollo J.
