It's always interesting to me when I come across people who don't understand the connection between pain/pleasure -- who only see the erotic as sweet and tender lovemaking (nothing more boring to me, personally). I'm just like, really? Wow.
It's not always about holding hands.

Let people have their vanilla missionary position stuff. If it works for them. But I will take mine with kinky sprinkles. Makes it tastier. *winks*

Alexis/Eliza are quite possibly the hottest tv duo ever, I love them haha
In case you hadn't already realised ;)
The scene when they removed each others tracking devices was, like you said, the most erotic of the whole series so far.
I just wish we had more of them, is Alexis due to appear in more episodes?
I agree too with the lack of clarity about the Bennett/Caroline backstory, it wasn't really explained at all, just a few flashes.
Was Caroline actually an active at that point, because she seemed pretty cold when she left Bennett with her arm trapped in the rubble.
Lastly, ENVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
If I didn't love him enough already, this episode just proved what a versatile actor he is.
He captured Topher's mannerisms perfectly.
Oh, and Adelle was pretty awesome in the first episode, having learned to bluff and all now ;)
Can't wait until next week.

Apparently, Echo is not a fan of Caroline either. Because Caroline isn't a courageous animal rights crusader - she's a terrorist. My theory is that she *was* a good slayeran animal rights activist but went psychotic after the death of deputy major her boyfriend. To avenge his death she infiltrated Rossum corporation by befriending Bennett and using her.
Actually, this subplot raises a very interesting issue - how the experience of other people can influence our personality. Echo is a composite - she has Caroline's character and the experience of many different people. And it looks like these experiences made her a better person.
I wonder if Joss intended it as a metaphor of art in general...

I love Echo, and I don't want her hollowed out for Caroline to come back :(
