Even if Rupert isn't a terribly good student, he comes across, here anyway, as a rocket scientist compared to his brother.

(Laurence, you were sweet, really, but it was sad to learn you weren't actually acting.)

Also, Dan Stevens' quote from Judi Dench is why no one should try to date actors, boys and girls. I've tried it. It's maddening. They're all total flakes - beautiful, sometimes intelligent, extremely talented flakes. Because they're just pretending to be grown ups and therefore can't do anything that involves anyone else. (Sorry, still a little bitter over a couple of baritones.) Dan, you're very pretty, but I don't think you're Arthur Holmwood (Lord Godalming, Mr Editor). You would make a very nice Laurie Odell in a film of The Charioteer, though. (god, who's going to play Quincey? They better not suck.)
