License for jsonb toaster

Finally, we made License for jsonb toaster.

We use this license to make our software available for all PostgreSQL users without limitations. If required user may adapt software for internal use. On the other hand we limit usage of our software for SaaS and DBaaS services.

I would be grateful for comments.

If the idea is to restrict usage of jsonb toaster of companies that sell DB as a service, i.e. amazon aws RDS, the LIMITATIONS should explicitly say that rather than "customer must NOT ... sell or host on a cloud..".
Customers who sell their product on a cloud and are not in DBaaS business should be allowed to use the jsonb toaster, even if their end-product is cloud-based (which is true for most startups). -Slava
