One TOAST fits ALL: JSONB TOASTER
We have submitted TOAST API for PG15.
Below is a performance analysis of JSONB, which uses JSONB TOASTER implemented using TOAST API.

As i see last years. PG is gain traction in enterprise segment. but i really dissapointed and frustrated that no 'builtin' support in pg_dump for dumping distinctly 'functions' , 'procedures', 'triggers', etc.
only full schema dump or full schema dump plus data.
