I think she's a solid pick, personally. I would have preferred Diane Wood. A lot of people are complaining that she's not liberal enough, but I don't think that will be the case.

Agreed. Even on so called "liberal" or "progressive" sites, I've heard comments about her looks (and not positive ones). Nevermind that she's most likely going to be sitting on the highest court on the land.
