You know, I wasn't going to go there... but seriously, did anyone see much if any in the way of any race other than caucasian? Even by age, if you strip away kids dragged along by their parents, and the occasional youthful reporter, was there much in the way of anyone not white and under 40?

This was like a Dittohead circle jerk.

No, I noticed it too. What's with all the crackers and their teabags?

And make that under 50, please. :)

This is throwing me into 'what's wrong with this picture' mode. What else can this com find that hasn't been labeled yet? I'll add:
air not black with coal smoke
storm drains and sewers instead of gutters full of filth

Oh, and I'm laughing my ass off at the 'zero taxes' sign near the one prompting us to keep a strong defense...

Hey, I'd rather spend money on helping people, and yes, including foriegn aid then our military. I'm so tired of this meme. What do you all want to bet that they don't turn their noses up at Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security? Assrots.

ETA: there is a sign in the back that says "W not Welfare"
ETA2: I wish I would have seen them in my town. I would have said something for certain.

The sign probably really says "WORK NOT WELFARE"

because you know, the only thing a BLACK president could possibly bring to the WHITE house is more income transfers from old white people to the lazy non-whites.

But the "W NOT WELFARE" -- hah! that's truly perfect. Really.
"Bring back W! Bring back W!"

So, yes, let's see.. mostly a bunch of baby boomers..
just what are the odds that they send back their social security checks every month and refuse to use Medicare?

OMFG, these (?)people(?) ALMOST make me ashamed to be a baby boomer. The only reason they don't quite succeed is that I KNOW they're not truly representative of all of us.

Ugh. Just....fucking UGH!!!!!!! *bangs head against the nearest wall*

It makes me sad that the country is so divided over President Obama. It's been like this since Georgy Porgey was in office and I'm afraid it's going to get worse. :(

we aren't, really. he has quite high approval ratings - it's just the loony fringe who are opposed.

das_prompt April 17 2009, 17:37:33 UTC
Exactly. It's not very divided when "all republicans" hate him, but there are only a handful of republicans left.

The same folks who still thought Dubya was a good president during his last years in office, after his approval ratings started to take a nose dive.
