Yeah, but we already knew that... it gets even better.

1) She didn't know Africa was a continent.
2) She didn't know which countries were in NAFTA / North America.

Wow! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/11/05/palin-didnt-know-africa-

"maverick", sarah palin

Good on Fox News for actually covering this story.

Bill O kept trying to make excuses and paint her as being attacked by that elite libruhl media, but (forgot his name again) the reporter was intent on getting it out there. Good for him!

We were THAT close to having that crazy mess in the White House. God.

Carl Cameron is the reporter. This clip definitely shows the two Fox Newses on display-- the horrid talk radio-y side of it (O'Reilly, who keeps trying to deflect what any reasonable person would see as incredible deficiencies for even a local candidate, let alone a VP candidate) and the more professional political reporting side of it (Cameron, Brit Hume's Special Report show). I like the Hume show for the panel, especially its more moderate/liberal members. Who have been criticizing Palin for some time. I hope that some of this criticism rebounds inside the GOP and this 2012 nonsense gets nipped in the bud. Let these fundamentalist whack jobs go to the Constitution Party or something, they don't belong in any major part of the national stage.

It's like that old game show, door number one or door number two. You choose door number one, let's see what you would have won if you picked door number two, Shepard...

I made a comment about this in another community. There's absolutely no excuse for the governor of a border state to not know this. Richardson, Napolitano, Schwarzenegger and Perry all know this. If they didn't we'd ridicule the shit out of them.

This is not just lack of knowledge this is Bush level stupidity.

To Bush's credit, I don't think he's that dumb!

I think Bush is actually intelligent, just horribly misguided and a terrible public speaker. Palin's got about half of the IQ points he does.

Of course, Obama is way ahead of Bush. :)

Since Palin was a member of the AIP, I can imagine she answered the NAFTA question was: 1) Alaska, 2) Canada, 3) United States. :)
