Best. Stuffing. Ever.

So I decided to go to Whole Foods to pick up some gluten free bread. I thought about making my own cornbread, but decided that making a wheat-free friendly pumpkin pie was enough baking for one day. Awesome!

And I bet it *is* as good as you think it is. Gluten free bread may not always be a good consistency to enjoy a sammich, but add all that other stuff to it and it's pretty much the same...IMO.

Good food is always worth spending money. Good food that you can eat is definitely worth the expense. I say indulge!
