You icon is very very frightening!!! I drove past an old cemetary in Chicago this weekend and was just telling Matt how peaceful I thought it looked when I saw a weeping angel statue and started screaming. You know, I would write a letter to your landlord and tell them you will be happy to make the effort to have the outside of your home look nice when they make the effort to fix the interior problems you have been asking them to fix for a year. And if they don't feel obligated to fix these issues you will hire your own repair people and bill them for the cost... and when they pay for it you'll clean up the trash and butts that aren't yours.
