Hey city do you and the noxly chud want to move out next september?
i have a few possibiliteis if you do
1)ONe of my roommates moved out, leaving us with an empty room to fill...395/month plus utilities
2)I could move to another place and it could be you nox and I with no other roommates
3)we can start a punk house with lots of kiddies that i have yet to meet...
anyway, i know its kind of way early notice, but we have to tell the land monkey that we are either staying or leaving by dec.15 for next september...
If we dont find a roommate, we'll either get stuck with someone we don't know, or I'll move out by myself so it's no big deal but i thought i'd offer it up to you
