Took it to myself to translate some of the GQ interview of GD from Chinese to English. Because I could not help noticing these parts (especially the third part) to be glaringly missing from the English translations currently available.
When will I know enough Korean to translate directly into English??? I am so afraid it will be NEVER.

I don't know how they can do it either. If I didn't go check the Chinese subs, I would have been outright ignorant of these portions. Of course, then, there is the question of whether these were made up by the Chinese translator; but she is an experienced translator in Baidu, so I doubt she would jeopardize her own "career" for nothing.
Us international fans rely on subs and translations like no other, and sometimes it really pisses me off to see how so many things are left unsubbed in the VIP fandom.

this whole bit brought tears to my eyes. it's amazing that his attitude has not changed at all, it's just ingrained in him. and lol at how yg makes it sound like it's a fairly normal thing.
