Oh my goodness, I'm so excited about series two :D even though I've already seen tonight's episode, because yeah, I really am that cool. So I've made a fanmix! Or two! I've honestly been working on this for months, I hope you like it! This one is from Merlin's perspective and hopefully I'll have Arthur's ready to post for the next episode!

OH MY SWEET LORD I am so excited. Last night I was all like 'meh cba, more psyched for Strictly' and then THIS MORNING I heard Bradley and Colin on Jonathan Ross' show and I nearly wet myself with glee. And this is just the very beautiful perfect icing on the top. Birdhouse in My Soul was basically the soundtrack of my finals term, and I cannot believe how completely, wonderfully apt that Wedding Present song is.

I am downloading this SO MUCH. OH, today is such a good, good day. Even if I fully forgot to pick up tomato puree and flour from Asda. Minor irritations easily overwhelmed by the slashy goodness.

I know! I'm stupidly excited! I missed the JR show (even though I adore him) but saw his tweet as soon as I woke up, about having them on the show (except he called Bradley Brendan. You lost brownie points for that JR!)

Ahhh thank you so much for your lovely comment! I know, I HAD to put that last song on. The Shins one is kinda sad in a 'looking back' kind of way, but the Gruff Rhys one is cheery and hopeful (albeit in a reincarnation kinda way!) and sounds like Sesame Street!

Thank you! That's so nice of you. God, I love The Shins, I can't make any kind of mix without including them. In fact, it took me ages to narrow it down to this one song! So many of them fitted Merlin (but sadly not Arthur for some reason! No Shins for my next mix. Boo!)

'Turn on Me' was my absolute first choice, but then I ended up side-lining it in the end. It's perfect though, isn't it?! It's a brilliant song! I thought 'Fighting in a Sack' was pretty good for them too, all the talk of fate and secrets!
