Well, I know the buses from here to Sheffield aren't running properly at all, they were only going as far as Eckington earlier on. So that can be your excuse ;), I, however, have none!
Ahh, snuggling with kittens is the only way to enjoy a snow day! My dog is very much like a cat, so she'll have to do! Thank so much, she used to be prettier and more puppylike a year ago, but we had her spayed (quite late on really, she was eight) and she's put on heaps of weight since then D:. We used to get asked if she was a Greyhound pup, because she was so skinny!
Poor Jake's dog! I'm sure it was refreshing for her really. We used to have a Scottish Terrier and her belly used to touch the snow. Bless.
Well have a lovely day, keep wrapped up and enjoy Lost!
Thank you! they were expensive for wellies, but I loved the design!
Yeah, it's been crazy here...Britain is just not equipped for snow, it's pathetic really. We had it much worse than this when I was a child, it's just been mild for a few years and everyone forgets!
And what a gorgeous view out over your garden! It's like looking to the end of the world. You're so lucky to have something like that, so readily accessible.
The roads are crazy even where they have been gritted, so I don't blame you for going home. We drove back from London on Sunday night, just as it was starting to come down badly - it normally takes an hour and it took three. We had to crawl along the middle of the motorway at like 10mph. It was oddly fun, in a post-apocalyptic sort of way.
Awww thanks, I'll pass your regards on to Morgan, I'm sure she'd be pleased to hear that, she's put on so much weight recently D:! I was inspired to take her photo after seeing the one you took the other day, it was priceless.
I wanted to cut off my garden and just show the view from the bottom of it, but I daren't trudge to the bottom fence! It's so flat in my village, we're at the top of a hill, so I think that helps with the 'end of the world' feeling.
Three hours? Ugh! I think it only takes us about four to get to London and we're Northern Scum.

I'm at work tomorrow, I'll have to try twice as hard to make up for it. I'll catch up with you as soon as I've seen Lost :D x

Good move on getting off the bus. I've heard some areas in the U.K. have traffic jams stretching for km.s and a lot of things have been shut down.
