Fear not, Ranger, Barbarian, Magician, Thief, Cavalier and Acrobat!

Last night I learned a valuable lesson: posting pictures of Daniel Faraday late at night will lead to dreams about aforementioned Mr. Faraday. Note to self: Do this more often! Guest appearances by Hurley and Charlotte.

So, J and MJ have given in to my pleas and are having a fancy dress party for New Year's Eve. I've had two costumes waiting in ( Read more... )

nostalgia, dungeons & dragons, daniel faraday, dr. horrible, cosplay, fancy dress

Hmmm, I do love Dr. Horrible, and although I'm not familiar with the other character, she looks equally awesome . . . so I'll probably vote for Sheila just because it's unique and would make such a cute costume! :D

Oh no! Was Dungeons & Dragons not on over there when you were a kid? D:

It was my favourite show! I bought the complete box set this year, but haven't managed to re-watch it all yet.

Yes, after watching lots of youtube clips I think I'll most definitely go as Sheila...although now I'm toying with the idea of going as Eric XD.

Hee, I'm sure it was on, but I was too busy with some other show. XD I have the bad habit of missing out on all the good shows, darnit! Maybe I'll check out some youtube clips of it because it looks really cute! ^_^

And good luck with your Sheila costume! You'll have to post pics once it's complete!

Ahh it was definitely cute, and quite violent/emotional for it's time.

Thank you, my mum has come up with some great ideas about how we can make the boots :D. There will definitely be pics! x

I'm so excited! I'm glad you agree. My mum has just come up with the best plan for keeping over-the-knee socks up! I just need this goddamn pink dress, ebay, how dare you fail me now?! x

Good luck soldier! I'll have my Ebay fingers crossed for you. (That was a really weird sentence). That's so much fun, i wish i got to dress in costumes for parties. My friends are so lame! I just watched Love Actually, and the girl who gets together with Prime Minister Hugh Grant reminds me of you! You have the same cute smiley-ness. Maybe you can someday hook up with a sexy PM! Cause i know that's always been a dream of yours and all, right? Totally.

HAHAHAHAHA! Martine McCutcheon is a bit of a joke over here, she was in the long running (and awful) soap, Eastenders, and hangs about with the incredibly gay and incredibly orange Dale Winton and the incredibly decrepit and uncool Cilla Black. She is therefore not hip to anybody's jive.

But she is cute and has cheekbones to die for, so thank you ;).

I was discussing that film with friends and saying how things that seem really sweet in a romantic film would be so creepy in real life. Colin Firth learning a language for me? Well, ok, I'd actually let that one pass (COLIN! <33333) but still! x

Aww, Sheila is cute!

Alas, I have just posted you a New Year dinner party invitation! Never mind, we will have to do it another time, and I should totally have asked you earlier. Shall we meet up before Christmas, though? xxx

I'm glad you think so too! My orange wig is slightly too...orange, but nevermind! It's exactly the right style and it's lovely silky material.

Argh! I'm really sorry D:. I'm so glad you'd want to invite me though ♥.

Yes, I'd love to meet up before Christmas! I'm still waiting for your presents to arrive, so we might have the base the date around that! x

Lol, I'm awaiting your present too! I got an email saying it had been dispatched, though.... *crosses fingers*

I remember you telling me about the wig! I can't wait to see pictures :-) xxx
