Well, the reveals went up yesterday, so here's my entry for the second round of rs_games. I can't say I'm incredibly pleased with it, but I console myself with the fact that it was the speed round and that all my creativity went into the first picture! I don't think I'm cut out for fests! ha i think the unhappiness with the results of our work might be wide-spread. but we won anyway, so it's okay. :D

i always enjoy your use of textures-- in here particularly, the way they're subtly worked into the picture. it looks lovely. :]

Yes, we must've done something right! :D

I only managed to figure out how to incorporate textures into my pictures this year, but I think it's improved my drawings no end! I've always struggled with fabric, so textures give me a good starting point :). Thank you so much. Yay us! x

Now I can finally tell you in a public manner how truly lovely this is! You really capture the emotions of both scenes and I can just feel Sirius' pain and Remus' sorrow. It's so very beautiful with such rich colors and I love the texture of their hair!

And, oh! Your shiny scales and the stone wall and I don't know how you did the herringbone, but whatever, well done! Poor Remus.

Sirius looks just like his description in the book. I adore Gary Oldman, but that doesn't mean that he looks a damn thing like the character description. This does. Plus, OMG THE UNIFORM. THE EXPRESSIONS. *dies*

Ahhhh! Thank you so much for being so lovely! :D :D :D. I was really pleased with the teacup, it was my first ever teacup!

I'm so glad you think I managed to capture Sirius. Yes, I love Gary Oldman, but he's just not my Sirius. Having said this, I never seem to be able to draw the way they look in my head either! Boo.

Thank you so much! And oh, you noticed why I drew the scales!!! I don't think anyone else did! They were lovely and tried to analyse all the bits and bobs in the picture...but they really were just bits and bobs!

And oh my gosh yes! I'd be ever so happy! Please, do whatever you want with any of my drawings or Sims, you never have to ask :).
