I just came home after driving my new car *glorious new car*...and I went to go to the washroom, and *whoosh*, my cellphone fell out of my back-pocket and into the toilet! Shit! Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you phone survive? I am REALLY crossing my fingers!

So if it happens to you, here's what I did:
1.) Immediately remove from water, and turn off.
2.) Shake out excess water
**Google "dropped phone in toilet"..if nothing else makes you feel less like an idiot.
3.) Remove SIM card and battery.
4.) Use the hairdryer for 5 minutes...let cool down, use it again. (You don't want to overheat the phone either.

God damn...I can't believe I did that...and I can't believe the everything is working! :) God bless the RAZR!

I know...I am like seriously trying to disinfect my phone. On the brightside, tho', I had just finished cleaning my toilet, and it fell in before I used it. I was reading some other posts, and other people weren't quite so lucky. (There are some seriously gross stories!)

No...when I test-drove the lime-green bug it made my back go into spasms because of the wacky headrests. (computer-geek posture due to headrests + a former wiplash injury = trouble). Instead I bought a 2003 silver golf with tint. I really love it. Today when I drove it, even though its like 15 degrees here, i used the "heated seats" function. Mmmmmm....
