hi, hon. if your hair is fried, consider getting it professionally bleached & dyed. they also sell color remover which is better than rebleaching when you want to change your hair (it's for manic panic-type dyes). it's made by goldwell. i have psoriasis & have to use special products for my head- so dyes & bleaches from sally wont cut it. i see steve at hairanoia on cheshire bridge road, he's reasonably priced & does a great job! plus, unlike some hairdressers, he's not all weird about working on my hair.

for fried hair, try using bumble & bumble's seaweed shampoo & their deep treatment conditioner. they also make a pomade called 'sumotech'. just a teeny dab of the pomade in your hair makes it all shiny (i have such dull hair!). the products arent cheap, but well worth the $$$.
