this is honestly like chinese torture...its making me go crazy!! I threw up at work today and they had to send me home early...I couldnt drive though so Nick came and picked me up and let me crash at his place thank god. Ive had a horrible headache and felt like I had to throw up ever since

Ear aches can actually cause a ton of symptoms and be one of the most unwanted things ever, as you're learning.
When I had mine it felt like someone was sticking a ice pick thru my eat and very sick to the stomach with a high fever. NO FUCKING GOOD! Then whatever it was spread to my gums and started making my gums infected and peel away from my molars so I couldnt eat either.
That lasted about 2 weeks and none of the meds the doc gave me would help...no antibios helped at all. What a miserable time that was =(

Not sure how thats supposed to make you feel any better but get well soon! <3

omg i never would have thought it could be so bad

I have a really high fever too, then I get dizzy, become really hot and get cold sweats, then I feel like I have to throw up...and I end up throwing up half the time

Im glad it hasnt spread to my mouth, Im having a hard enough time eating as it is because Im so sick to my stomach..

Wow. I hope you feel better too! That would hurt on the plane ride this weekend...
