Conventional Panic
I am desperately trying to watch as much as anime as possible before AyaCon. Alas, neither of my costumes are finished yet, so my time is limited! Oh man. So, after all the fuss it seems to cause on fandomsecrets, I have decided to watch Hetalia: Axis Powers...haha, I love that England believes in magic and unicorns! Poor Italy though, Jesus this show is harsh!
I'm just scared that I'm going to feel like an idiot because I've never watched important stuff like Bleach or Full Metal Alchemist. I love early Gundam stuff (have yet to watch past Zeta, although most of the later characters are familiar from playing video games), Le Chevalier D'Eon and all Miyazaki's films (Laputa: Castle In The Sky was my favourite film when I was about six or seven, so I can't fail that hard, right? RIGHT? D: D: D:). I've seen/read most of Death Note and I've got Kuroshitsuji and Natsume Yuujinchou ready to watch on my laptop. I know you all love Prince of Tennis, so maybe I should watch that next, y/n? Pls halp. What do you think it is important for me to be clued up on?

I just dyed the leggings for my costume in the washing machine, as they were too bright a red to match my tunic...oh my lord, the fear! I think they've come out the right shade though. Phew. Oh, just in case you're wondering, I'm planning on going as Char Aznable from MS Gundam 0079 and Sheeta from Laputa: Castle In The Sky (mainly because it doesn't involve me buying another wig/getting a different face!). I just have to finish Char's belt and maybe make the helmet, then make Sheeta's dress and pendant. Almost there!
I swear I'll have a real update to post soon. I went to Shrewsbury and it was pretty. And, as always, there are photos ;).
